Orders placed on our website are final. Although orders are handled and sent out fairly quickly, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. If you are needing your order right away you can contact us by calling 801-598-8370 and we may be able to expedite your order. If you have issues with your course codes please contact us immediately so we can see if a replacement code is needed.

For in-person or virtual courses it is your responsibility to make sure you receive and claim your e-card. If you haven’t received your e-card contact us immediately so we can correct the issue and ensure your card has been sent to the correct address and that there are no additional circumstances that would prevent you from receiving your e-card.

Group course cards typically are sent once payment has been received. If employees need cards before your accounting department can make payment, let us know so we can work out a way to get those to you sooner.

Instructor products are available to current instructors only. We will work hard to ensure products are sent out in a timely matter. Please keep in mind though that we are not always in front of our computers as we do teach courses regularly as well.
