Meet the Team
My Name is Sierra or Si,
I am the Senior Leader of BOTH Si-CPR LLC and OneLife CPR & First Aid LLC! I am excited to be part of an amazing movement in providing high-quality LiveSaving education for professionals, the general public, and their families.
I have a diverse background in both animal and human medicine, in addition to being a first responder since 2010. Over my career, I have seen too many calls that could have had a more positive outcome, if, the first person on the scene (usually family or bystander), would have had the confidence and training to provide basic life-saving skills such as CPR or general first aid.
With that in mind, my team and I have pushed forward to learn more and use our backgrounds to help build an even better training facility to provide that care.
As of 2024, we have expanded our training into more advanced training for EMS and added ACLS and PALS for health care.
I am excited to keep pushing forward and adding more high-quality training to our facilities.
We do have many other amazing people and leadership on our team who have asked not to be listed - in an effort to respect their privacy we have only listed part of our core team members.

Hey everyone, I'm Kyla!
I am the Training Center Administrator. I have a background in office administration and a passion for teaching life-saving skills.
Most of the time I am in the office, but I have been instructing for a year now as well. I'm excited to continue my journey educating the community!
One of my favorite things about teaching is discussing scenarios and answering questions to make sure my students leave feeling confident about their knowledge, as well as building rapport with students to help solidify their understanding on responding to emergency situations.

Kyrsten
Hello there! Thanks for stopping by our web page. I’m Kyrsten “Kyr-s-ten”.
I am proud to be the Wyoming area certified instructor. I’m a mom of two lovely children who choked on air…. As a parent and former teacher, I can’t express how CPR, along with all the other tools we cover in our classes, are essential in order to not only build your confidence to save a life but to help you help others! Seeing the confidence in my students when they exit a class is my favorite part of teaching CPR. I hope to hear from you soon to provide you with these tools and the confidence in yourself to apply them!!

Rachel Ardern
Hey there! I’m Rachel Ardern, with experience as an Intensive Care Nurse and a Nurse Educator, I’ve dedicated my career to saving lives and sharing knowledge. I’ve had the privilege of working in both Australia and Utah, where I’ve grown a deep appreciation for the art of caring for patients in critical situations.
When I’m not in scrubs, you can usually find me soaking up the sun by the water. Whether it’s a serene lake or the ocean waves, being near water fills me with joy and rejuvenates my spirit. Life is all about balance, and I love finding that sweet spot between my nursing career and my personal passions.
